I was specifically looking for Vizag Blue granite, which is available at many places, but I could not find the pattern I wanted. When I contacted Kabir Granites, Mr. Chaitanya honestly informed me that the particular variety was not available with them, yet he encouraged me to visit the showroom to explore other options. During my visit, I found a granite I liked. However, due to certain reasons, I became somewhat dissatisfied and shared my concerns with them. They handled my feedback with patience and professionalism, responding in a courteous and constructive manner.
